Went in just looking for another Sorento with more features than my current one had, Grant K. Helped show me how great this trim package was! With a newborn having all the extras is a must for convenience. Grant helped get all the numbers in the right direction for us without any pressure at all. He also went out of his way to obtain more info about remote start, helped connect my phone, learn all the new buttons and made sure all air in the tires were good because of the cold weather. 12/10 great service and will definitely go to him for any further purchases. Pat also was great explaining the paperwork and explaining their oil change program. Definitely worth the money spent! Thanks for a great experience!
This was my second uses vehicle purchased from Renn Kirby in Gettysburg. Their customer service is fantastic, they are not pushy or "sales-E" they even take the time to stop and explain things the average person may be wondering to themselves but hesitant to ask aloud. This time I purchased a 17' Fusion from Grant and it was an easy experience and very pleasant. Grant even helped me set up the Bluetooth for my phone on the car. I am definitely recommending them and Grant to my friends and family if they are in the market for a vehicle. Pat, the finance manager was incredibly kind and helpful as well, very honest and didn't push me for the extras he felt weren't necessary.
